Membership Questions

The Membership is self-directed. You get weekly workouts, nutrition guides, and community support—but no personalized coaching or 1-on-1 check-ins. The Blueprint is a 12-week private coaching program with a custom plan, weekly calls with Rese, and direct accountability. Choose the Membership if you want flexibility and affordability. Choose the Blueprint if you want personalized guidance and intensive support.

Yes. There are no cancellation fees, no questions asked. If you're on the monthly plan, you can cancel at any time and your access ends at the end of your billing cycle. If you're on the annual plan, you can cancel anytime, but the annual payment is non-refundable. You'll keep access through the end of your paid year.

You get new workout programming every week. The workouts are designed for women who want to build strength and muscle. They range from 45-60 minutes and require access to a gym or basic home equipment (dumbbells). All workouts include video demonstrations and form cues so you know exactly what to do.

No. The workouts are scalable for all fitness levels. If you're new to lifting, we provide detailed form guides and modifications for every exercise. Our community is full of women at every stage, so you'll find support and encouragement no matter where you're starting.

We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover). Payments are processed securely through Stripe. Your payment information is encrypted and never stored on our servers.

Yes. Many members start with the Membership to build consistency, then upgrade to the Blueprint when they're ready for personalized coaching. If you decide to upgrade, we'll credit your membership payments toward the Blueprint cost. Just reach out and we'll make it happen.
